Nightlife

If you want to sit in a nightclub, make sure to arrange for table and bottle service. If you only want general admission, prepare to wait in long line or plan in advance and arrange for VIP hosted entry.  VIP Hosted entry allows a host to walk you right past the 2-3 hour lines within a matter of minutes. Cover charge always applies (unless you have table and bottle service). Dress code is strictly enforced in Las Vegas nightclubs. Check with the venue to see specifics, but Guys should always assume no baggy clothes, athletic shoes, sportswear, hats, tee-shirts or tank tops.  Drinks run between $8-$18 each so take our advice and always do the math of how many people in your party, the cost per drink and how many drinks you think everyone will have.   You don’t want count out table and bottle service based on total price alone.  Table and bottle service usually works out to be cheaper per person, especially if you are a bigger group and you get to keep your table or territory for the entire night even if you finish your bottles.

Weather

Check the weather. Summer months are hot all day and night. Shorts and flip flops are a must but the clubs still enforce a full dress code at night. Woman can wear just about anything but guys still need to dress to impress to gain entry.  It does cool off dramatically from October thru March. Guys should wear jeans and a t-shirt during the day and a sports coat or long sleeve button down at night. Woman should plan ‘sexy but warm’ for these months.
