The sun is high, and the Strip’s fountains are at full blast.  And for some reason, your blackjack dealer is wearing board shorts.  This could be the Craziest Pool Party season ever with several new cement ponds that have been added to our pool of pools.  In addition to the $100 million Encore aquatic complex, this season sees the debut of the Liquid pool party at Aria. These join the other Vegas favorites, including the popular Rehab party at the Hard Rock, Wet Republic at the MGM, and Tao Beach at the Venetian. RED CARPET VIP is ready to host all your pool party wildest desires.

REHAB at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino – OPENS APRIL 18th 
Once in you’ll be greeted by a party wilder than the Cancun coast during spring break. Selected by the Travel Channel as one of the top ten pools in the world, the Hard Rock pool has all the prerequisites of a little slice of paradise: water, sand, palm trees, a waterslide, swim-up blackjack, cocktails, fully-equipped cabanas, a dance floor, DJs and of course, plenty of sizzling flesh exposed in all its tanned and toned glory. Oh, the things that you’ll see at the Hard Rock pool! If and when you gain entry, order some Rock Star lemonades, check out the tattoos and T & A and cross it off your list of things to do before you die.

WET REPUBLIC at the MGM Hotel and Casino – OPENS APRIL 17th 
Opened with a bang in summer 2008, MGM’s ultra pool provides the perfect place to play all day before you carouse all night. The 50,000 square foot poolscape introduces us to the concept of “daylife,” a delectable fusion of the good life, good times and perennial summertime pleasures.  In other words Wet Republic provides the ultimate nightclub experience only poolside and all day long. Instead of cocktail servers there are models that happen to serve cocktails; instead of free parking, free valet. Instead of striped umbrellas, Wet Republic brags 10 shaded cabanas, including six VIP bungalows that come with amenities like HD plasma screen TVs, WiFi access and XBox 360s. DJs are dedicated to keeping the party lively, and two large saltwater dipping pools offer an appealing place to relax, see and be seen. Use your towel to stake your claim in this glorious new land, a republic founded on the principle of seizing the day and partying like it’s 2 a.m. when it’s noontime and hotter than hell.

SURRENDER BEACH CLUB at the Encore Hotel & Casino – OPENS MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND
Coming in around 60,000 square feet, the project is said to include about 50,000 square feet for the three-pool Beach Club complex, with 30 private VIP cabanas plus outdoor gaming, around 4,000 square feet for Surrender Nightclub (size-wise, think Blush and a little bit over), and another 6,000-8,000 square feet of multiple, climate-controlled decks between the two. Neighboring Switch restaurant will also be drawn into the fold for the now-traditional Vegas ensemble of pool, restaurant and club, which makes for a nice day-to-night-to-day transition. Switch will also be getting an overhaul to “be more in union with what we’re doing,” says Surrender/Beach Club operating partner Sean Christie. “It will have a different feel.” Open seven days a week, the Encore Beach Club deck is expected to remain operational up to 10 months out of the year, thanks to the climate-controlled patios, so nighttime pool parties are a possibility as well.

LIQUID POOL Party at Aria Hotel in City Center – OPENS APRIL 8th 
Welcome to Liquid Pool Lounge at Aria, a sprawling open-air water palace that just happens to be the first pool party at the newly minted glass tower known as CityCenter, open now.  The vibe might be familiar from your afternoons sipping cocktails on top of the Mirage, but you’re about to meet that scene’s older, rowdier brother. You’ll have the same shade trees and parasols, but with louder speakers, looser morals and a crowd that embodies the studied anarchy that is a Vegas pool party. In short, all the makings of the first great scene of the season.  If you want a little privacy—you can book one of the 16 cabanas in the back and have the benefit of a daybed and your own 40-inch flat-screen. More importantly, in case any members of your party feel unduly stifled, you’ll get a pass to one of the private wading pools. Hopefully someone’s willing to help them with their sunscreen.

TAO BEACH POOL Party at Venetian Hotel – OPENS APRIL 5th 
TAO Beach at The Venetian transports visitors to an exotic Balinese escape when it opens for the 2010 season. Upgrades and enhancements mark the outdoor oasis’ fourth year in Las Vegas, with five new exclusive cabanas, additional day beds for lounging and lush horticulture, including forty foot tall bamboo trees highlighting the day to night venue. This year an even greater emphasis will be placed on the music that fuels the party, with the DJ booth taking center stage as a platform for world-renowned DJ talent. Tao beach takes exclusivity to a whole new level – the fourth to be exact. Although management has discontinued the topless optional policy that packed the pool deck last summer, Tao Beach is still the most poolside fun you can have with your top on.

All my friends were skeptical of the services and really weren’t sure if it’d work out the way the website says, so we went with the smallest club package available, we didn’t spend much money but we STILL were treated respectfully and got wonderful service. We weren’t rushed to get anywhere by a certain time, we kinda just did our own thing. I actually flew in a day before everyone came into town, we attempted to go out and couldn’t get into anything because the lines were ridiculous. There was 4 in our group and at one point there were 8 of us, one simple phone call and our host made adjustments to accommodate our group. We all loved the service and will all be using it for future Las Vegas Getaways! Thanks for everything!

I never thought of having such a VIP treatment in America’s top nightclubs. RED CARPET VIP made us feel like rock stars walking to stage with all fans waiting in the line. We had a wonderful Friday night at PURE and thanks to Terry for the arrangement.
