Over the past ten years, Mikey Francis has solidified his place in the thriving Las Vegas music and nightlife scenes as a household name.
Mikey’s love of music began to grow at an early age when he started taking piano and guitar classes. He developed his musical abilities and played with a number of bands during his travels before starting his studies at USC’s Thornton School of Music. He discovered his love for DJing, producing, and electronic music at that period.
Mikey’s career took off in 2012 when he signed a recording artist and singer contract with Ultra Records, going under the stage name “Black Boots.” Mikey gained international recognition and millions of streams as a result of the endeavor, which thrust him into the spotlight. After touring extensively, he was able to land a famous DJ residency with TAO Group in his native city of Las Vegas. From there, he now regularly spins records as a resident DJ at notable locations including Marquee, Omnia, Hakkasan, and TAO Beach.
Mikey’s career is still growing, with the thriving Vegas club scene serving as its foundation. He performs among the biggest names in the business, electrifying crowds with his explosive shows that blend the catchy rhythms of the underground scene with the throbbing beats of the main stage.
Even after all of this success, Mikey’s passion and drive for creating the ideal environment have not decreased. He pushes the envelope of his musical journey with every show, driven by an unwavering desire to light up dance floors and mold the course of his career.
