Don Toliver, whose real name is Caleb Zackery Toliver, is an American rapper, singer, and songwriter who was born in Houston, Texas. In 2018, his breakthrough came when he made a cameo on Travis Scott’s album “Astroworld,” which also happened to be the same year that his first solo mixtape, “Donny Womack,” was released. He soon signed with Atlantic Records and Scott’s Cactus Jack Records.
With his singles “No Idea” (2019) and “After Party” (2020), Toliver became well-known. Both songs went on to go triple platinum and peaked on the Billboard Hot 100. Before being featured on his debut studio album, “Heaven or Hell” (2020), which garnered favorable reviews and peaked at number 10 on the Billboard 200 list, these songs first achieved popularity on TikTok.
With the economic success of his next two albums, “Life of a Don” (2021) and “Love Sick” (2023), Toliver’s standing in the music business was cemented. To further increase his popularity and impact, he also collaborated with Nav and Gunna on Internet Money’s smash song “Lemonade.”
